Botox and Fillers in Delhi: Everything You Need to Know Before & After

Over the past decade of my dermatology practice, I’ve witnessed a remarkable shift in how individuals approach aesthetic skincare. Today, more people are opting for non-surgical solutions like Botox and dermal fillers to enhance their natural features and regain youthful confidence. At Influennz Clinic in South Delhi, we’ve helped thousands achieve subtle, elegant transformations using these advanced treatments.

This blog is crafted to guide you through the essentials of Botox and Fillers in Delhi, including expected results, longevity, and cost, to help you make informed decisions.

What are Botox and Fillers?

As a dermatologist, I often explain to my patients that Botox and fillers, though commonly clubbed together, serve distinct purposes.

What is Botox

It is a purified protein that temporarily relaxes facial muscles to smooth dynamic wrinkles, most commonly on the forehead, around the eyes (crow’s feet), and between the eyebrows (frown lines).

What are Dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers, on the other hand, are gel-like substances — typically composed of hyaluronic acid- used to restore volume loss in areas like cheeks, under-eyes, lips, and nasolabial folds.

At Influennz Clinic, we focus on natural-looking results that enhance your appearance without making you look “done.”

Botox and Filler Price in India

One of the most frequent queries I receive is about pricing. While the exact cost depends on your individual needs and the amount of product used, here’s a general overview:

 Botox Treatment Price in India:

  • Per unit: ₹300 – ₹600
  • Forehead lines: ₹4,000 – ₹8,000
  • Crow’s feet/frown lines: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000

 Filler Price in India:

  • Per syringe (1ml): ₹18,000 – ₹30,000
  • Lip Fillers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
  • Under-eye Fillers: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
  • Cheek Fillers: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000

At Influennz Clinic, we offer full-face assessments and customized packages that align with both your goals and budget.

How Long Do Botox and Fillers Last?

As a rule of thumb:

  • Botox effects typically last for 3 to 4 months. Some of my patients with consistent treatments find that longevity improves over time.
  • Fillers may last 6 months to 2 years, depending on the area treated and the filler type.

We maintain detailed follow-up protocols to ensure results are long-lasting and touch-ups are timely.

How Often Do You Need Botox?

For best results, I recommend repeating Botox injections every 3 to 4 months. However, some patients require it less frequently, depending on their muscle strength and how their body metabolizes the product.

We carefully assess muscle activity at each session to determine the ideal interval, ensuring you always look refreshed, not frozen.

How Long Does It Take Botox to Work?

Most of our patients begin to notice visible softening of lines within 3 to 5 days, with full results evident by 7 to 10 days. Unlike some treatments, Botox offers progressive results, allowing a smooth and natural transition to a youthful look.

Frequently Asked Questions – Botox Aftercare & Safety

Can I drink alcohol after Botox?

I recommend avoiding alcohol for at least 24 hours before and after your Botox treatment. Alcohol can thin the blood and increase the risk of bruising or swelling at the injection sites. For the best results and fastest healing, it’s wise to stay off alcohol temporarily.

Does Botox cause cancer?

No, Botox does not cause cancer. Botox is a purified protein derived from botulinum toxin and has been FDA-approved for cosmetic and medical use for decades. There is no scientific evidence linking Botox to cancer. When administered by a qualified dermatologist, it is extremely safe and effective.

Can I work out after Botox?

Avoid strenuous workouts, yoga, or heavy lifting for at least 24 hours after your Botox treatment. Intense physical activity can increase blood flow to the face, which may lead to Botox spreading beyond the target area and reducing its effectiveness. Light walking is fine, but please save your gym session for the next day.

Can you lay down after Botox?

It’s best to remain upright for at least 4 hours after your Botox injections. Lying down too soon can cause the Botox to migrate from the intended area, possibly affecting surrounding muscles. If you’re feeling tired, try to stay seated or reclined with head support, but avoid lying flat.
