Stretch marks can often be a cause of distress among women. With the beauty standards portrayed by media tabloids, the pressure of having perfect-looking skin is huge and it can be nerve-wracking.

However, stretch marks are quite common. About 85% of people, including men and women, have stretch marks on their bodies. It is a type of scar that appears on your body when our skin stretches or shrinks due to any reason.

Microneedling or skin needling uses a sterile roller pen with fine and sharp needles to puncture your skin. The first step involves disinfecting the skin, followed by application of a topical anaesthetic for 60 minutes. It is done on people with acne scars with a dermaroller or a dermapen moving backward and forward in different directions. The skin bleeds for a short amount of time and develops multiple micro bruises which help in generation of growth factors and collagen production. Number of sessions required –

Number of sessions required depends on the individual’s collagen response and desired results. Most patients require 3 treatments around 4 weeks apart.

Fractional Resurfacing Laser helps to get rid of surgical marks, acne scars, and other blemishes. Our laser technology perforates into the skin to stimulate the cells beneath the surface of the skin to produce collagen. Even though it works deep below the surface of the skin, our patent sapphire tip makes sure that the skin remains cool. The treatment is comfortable and effective and reveals a smoother complexion after.

Platelet Rich Plasma ( PRP ) therapy naturally rejuvenates your skin and is one of the most non-invasive treatments. It reduces the appearance of acne scars and open pores. It uses your own body’s palms ( part of the blood ) rich in platelets to enhance your skin. They release growth factors that help in the production of collagen to give you healthier and youthful skin. This treatment has no downtime and being a natural service, it has minimal side effects.

It is a minimally invasive treatment that is used to revive overall skin complexion and texture. It helps to improve the appearance of wrinkles, damage due to sun exposure, age spots, fine lines, acne scars, melasma, and other skin concerns. The outer thick layer of the skin is gently sanded away with a tool that has an abrasive top.

Another technique used in microdermabrasion sprays fine particles of sodium bicarbonate and aluminium oxide to obtain the same results as using the tool with an abrasive surface.

Chemical Peels are used in the industry for treating several skin conditions like hyperpigmentation, acne, acne scars, and dullness of skin. Chemical peels are a combination of different peels like TCA, Mandelic, Glycolic, Ferulic, Salicylic Acid. They are better than conventional peels because they give way better results in a lesser number of sessions with fewer side effects. Also, combining chemical peels with microdermabrasion or other treatments gives enhanced results.

Even though fractional laser and microneedling offer better results for stretch marks, cocktail peels when combined with other treatments give overall rejuvenation to the skin.
